The concept of fine dining created in the historic interior of the bus garage at the Museum of Municipal Engineering in Krakow. A restaurant with an unusual interior according to the author’s owner’s design, served dishes in the form of a tasting menu, prepared by chef Giacomo Monzali. During the series of events “Dinner for 4 hands” we hosted heads awarded with a Michelin Star, among others Paulo Airaudo* , Felix Lo Basso *, Diego Rossi *, Bjorn Swanson *; and we also participated in the “Four Hands Dinner” with Soenil Bahadoer ** in Milan.

The restaurant is distinguished by the following devices: Gault & Millau – two chef’s hats, Michelin – two complete cutlery with the red marking “our most beautiful places”, as well as the New York Wine Spectator – Award of Excellence for a unique wine list. The unique atmosphere and menu of Studio Qulinarne has been appreciated by guests and the press, among others Financial Times (United Kingdom), Evening Standard (UK), The Guardian (UK), Die Welt (DE), Bunte (DE), KLM Flying Duchman Magazine and Lufthansa Magazine. Due to the expansion of the infrastructure of the Museum of Municipal Engineering, the restaurant will change its location.
